Blueberry Cream Cheese Croissants

Super quick breakfast recipe for blueberry season so you can use up that seasonal produce.  I featured it on the Stacia May Cooks Instagram and Facebook pages first, but thought I’d share it here as well. Goes well with breakfast or brunch!

Blueberry Cream Cheese Croissants

Ingredients:
2 croissants

4 Tbls cream cheese

1 Tbls sugar

blueberries

Instructions:
Start preheating your broiler on high. Meanwhile mix sugar and cream cheese until smooth and easy to spread. Cut croissants in half. Place bottoms of croissants on (non-greased) baking sheet and spread with cream cheese. Top with blueberries. Place top of croissants on baking sheets as well, tops up. Broil for 3-4 minutes, until croissant tops are lightly brown, cream cheese is warm and blueberries are glistening.  Enjoy!
